Cumberland Council UK is a mobile app developed by iTouch Vision LTD that allows users to report issues to the Cumberland Council. With this app, users can easily attach photos, videos, and other relevant information to their reports, as well as pinpoint the exact location using user-friendly maps.
Once a report is submitted, it is received by the Customer Services team and then forwarded to the relevant department for resolution. Throughout the process, users are kept fully informed about the progress of their report.
The app offers several features, including the ability to submit service requests, apply for or book a service, receive information about submitted reports through push notifications or email, view submitted reports, and add notes to existing reports. It also provides links to the Cumberland Council's website for easy access to council tax bands, planning applications, jobs, and more.
Users can report various issues through the app, such as dumped rubbish, abandoned vehicles, dog mess, litter, damaged litter bins, stray dogs, and discarded syringes. Additionally, users can make complaints, report missed bin collections, or request a new container if theirs is lost or badly damaged.
